Founders' story

Built in Auckland. Powered from Fiji.

PCS Global was founded in 2017 by Yogesh and Sangita Chand — born in Fiji, raised in New Zealand, and convinced that ANZ businesses deserved a better offshore option than the Philippines or India.

They started with a small team of customer service agents in Suva supporting a single NZ client. Eight years later, that's grown to 200+ professionals across customer service, sales, marketing, finance and back-office — but the operating model hasn't changed: NZ-led, Fiji-powered, people-first.

Today PCS is an NZ-founded BPO operating at scale in Fiji, ISO 27001:2022 certified, and led by founders who are still hands-on in the business.
