The PCS story

From a simple idea to 200+ professionals

PCS was founded by Yogesh and Sangita Chand in the heart of Auckland's business district with a clear conviction: New Zealand and Australian businesses deserve access to world-class offshore talent without the complexity, risk, and frustration of traditional outsourcing.

Having lived and worked across both New Zealand and Fiji, the founders understood something most outsourcing companies miss — the extraordinary talent pool in Fiji combined with genuine cultural alignment creates partnerships that don't just save money, they work.

Eight years later, PCS employs over 200 professionals across Auckland and Suva, holds ISO 27001:2022 certification, and has generated more than $10 million in operational savings for clients.

Founded in Auckland

Yogesh and Sangita Chand establish PCS at 1016 Great South Road — bringing their vision of Pacific-powered outsourcing to life.

2018

Fiji operations launch

PCS opens its Suva office at Garden City, Raiwai — establishing the operational heart of the business with the first cohort of Fijian professionals.

2020

100 team members

Despite global disruption, PCS doubles down on Fiji operations and reaches 100 team members — proving the resilience of the Pacific model.

2023

$10M+ client savings milestone

PCS crosses $10 million in total operational savings generated for clients across Australia and New Zealand.

2025

ISO 27001:2022 certified

PCS achieves ISO 27001:2022 certification — a major trust signal for clients in regulated industries and enterprise accounts.

Yogesh Chand

Co-Founder & Director

BA in Business Administration from the University of the South Pacific. Former GM of Customer Engagement at Pulse Energy and COO at solarZero. Yogesh co-founded PCS to build a Pacific-powered outsourcing model — and also founded Solar Hub NZ & Fiji, now publicly listed on Catalist.

We don't sell seats. We build long-tenure teams that learn your business and own the outcome.

Sangita Chand — Co-Founder & Director of PCS

BCom in Accounting & Economics from USP and 17 years as a secondary school teacher in Fiji before transitioning to business. Sangita oversees finance, governance, culture, and compliance across PCS and Solar Hub. She led PCS through ISO 27001:2022 certification.
