Yogesh Chand

The architect behind PCS

Yogesh holds a BA in Business Administration and Management from the University of the South Pacific. Before founding PCS, he spent over five years as General Manager of Customer Engagement at Pulse Energy in Auckland, followed by a COO role at solarZero — building deep expertise in large-scale customer operations, team management, and service delivery across New Zealand.

That experience in running high-volume customer engagement operations gave him a clear view: Fijian professionals were talented, culturally aligned with ANZ businesses, and massively underestimated by the traditional outsourcing industry. He co-founded PCS to prove a different model — long-tenure teams that learn a client's business inside-out, with genuine operational partnership rather than transactional seat-filling.

Beyond PCS, Yogesh also founded Solar Hub NZ & Fiji — now publicly listed on the Catalist market — making him one of few entrepreneurs leading successful ventures across both the energy and BPO sectors in the Pacific region.

Sangita Chand

Sangita holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Economics from the University of the South Pacific and an Advanced Diploma in Education from Fiji College of Advanced Education. She spent 17 years as a secondary school teacher at Suva Sangham College before transitioning into business — bringing with her a deep understanding of talent development, team building, and performance management.

With over a decade of business entrepreneurial and finance experience, Sangita now drives company culture, business finance, compliance, and stakeholder relationships across both PCS and Solar Hub NZ & Fiji. She led PCS through ISO 27001:2022 certification and ensures every client engagement meets the highest standards of transparency and accountability.

Sahil Chand

Operations & growth

Sahil holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business, Management, and Marketing from the University of Auckland (completed while working full-time at PCS). He joined PCS in 2019 as Human Resource and Marketing Coordinator — and worked his way up through People & Capability Manager, Group Operations Manager, to his current role as Chief Operations & Marketing Officer across both PCS Global and Solar Hub NZ & Fiji.

That ground-up journey means Sahil knows every layer of the operation. He manages day-to-day delivery across all client accounts at PCS and is the first point of escalation — taking personal ownership of service quality. He also leads PCS's go-to-market strategy, digital presence, and expansion into new verticals.

Before PCS, Sahil was a Business Analyst at Pulse Energy Alliance and founded Canvas, a mental health app startup. He also holds a Salesperson Real Estate License from the REA.
